Use QRKeep to make and save QR codes for things you have the right to link to; we'll keep your library there and never hold it hostage if you cancel.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no password to manage. Keep access to that inbox; it's how you get back in. One account is for one person or business — QRKeep isn't built for shared team access.
What you can save
- Codes linking to content you have the right to link to. Don't use QRKeep to distribute malicious links, spam, or content that violates someone else's rights.
- Logos you have the right to upload. Uploaded logos are private to your account — never shared, never public.
Plans and billing
The free plan is free forever — 50 saved codes, no card required. The paid plan is $3.99/mo, billed by our payment processor. Cancel anytime, self-serve, effective immediately. Cancelling never deletes a saved code — see our pricing page for the exact downgrade policy.
No warranty on scan performance
We build QRKeep to generate reliably scannable codes and enforce contrast and sizing rules to help with that — but scan success also depends on your printer, paper, lighting, and the scanning device. We can't guarantee every printed code scans on every camera in every condition.
Ending your account
You can stop using QRKeep at any time. To fully delete your account and data, email us — we handle deletion requests by hand to make sure it's really you asking.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, email active accounts.
