We collect the minimum needed to run your QR code library — your email, your saved codes, and nothing we don't need — and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Account info: your email address, used only to send you a sign-in link and account notices.
- Your saved codes: the name, content (URL or text), and style settings (colour, logo) of every code you save.
- Uploaded logos: if you're on the paid plan and upload a logo, we store a resized copy privately — visible only to your account, never public.
- Basic product analytics: which pages and actions are used, so we know what to improve. No third-party ad tracking.
- Billing info (paid plan only): handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Why we collect it
Every item above exists to run the product you signed up for: keeping your QR code library synced across devices, letting you sign in without a password, and — for paid accounts — processing your subscription and enabling colour, logo, and SVG export.
Who we share it with
To run the service we rely on a small set of industry-standard providers covering: cloud database & storage, application hosting, payment processing, transactional email, and privacy-respecting product analytics. We do not sell your data to anyone, for any reason. The current provider list is available on request — email us below.
Your choices
You can delete any saved code at any time from your library. You can cancel your subscription self-serve, immediately, with no retention flow. To request a full export or deletion of your account data, email us — we'll handle it by hand and confirm once it's done.
